TWL is pissing me off

So we made the cut off for the registration for the TWL BF3 tournament and turns out that it will more than likely be in gay-core (soft-core)  instead of hardcore, it is personal preference but a lot of people like to play as realistically as possible which gay-core would not be the case for this, in that mode you get a red arrow above you if someone spots you (never seen that in real life) you get a mini map in the corner of your screen showing friendlies and enemies (also never seen that show up in my glasses or anything like that, doesn't even work like that on a FBCB2. and of course there is the issue between weapon damage in what world does  it take 2 shots with a .50 cal to take down someone or 10 rounds in the chest of 7.62 from a 240B to take down someone. That's not realistic at all. So what I suggested to TWL is that who ever is the home team what ever they are running on their server is what the game mode is. I think that it is fair. Of course that wont stick, but you never know.
